you need to make a ticket in game and wait for a admin (they ask you for your paypal email) then they will give you your gear

Hey ....Pls use EDIT option and delete ur Email.....because some Guys are silly and Spam ur Email Adress Full with Idot Stuff......THX

make a ticket ingame on a character that has the same name as your old donor toon and then once an admin is on they will check it and give you your donor gear back

email checked and i can see your donation items make the same named characters then make a ticket and when the server is up and your online we can get you fixed up
